Welcome to the Supreme Guardian Council voting system!

The voting system will be open July 7 - 13, 2025.

Welcome to the 2025 Supreme Guardian Council voting system. This system is designed to provide a private and secure method for voting delegates to cast their votes on key issues for the upcoming Supreme Guardian Council year.

This system will allow qualified voting delegates to vote on 2 main topics:
  • - Election of Supreme Guardian Council Line Officers and Board of Trustees Positions
  • - Voting on SELECTED 2025 Amendments to JDI law.

There are links to the JDI website where election Letters of Intent and 2025 Proposed Amendments are provided to help with decision making. It is recommended that all voting delegates take time to read the material and have decisions made prior to using this system to cast their votes. Each voting opportunity has a selection menu to assist in the voting process. Each election selection menu contains the names of those aspiring to the specific office who submitted the required Letter of Intent as well as an abstain option should you not want to vote for that position.

As per JDI law (SOP SGC 15.1, Section 3, Subsection (i)) an annual membership fee from each voting delegate provides eligibility to vote. This fee was collected by the 2025 Supreme Session registration system, so no additional fees are required to use this voting system.

You will be asked to provide credential information to establish your eligibility to vote. This information is not tied to your vote selections.

For Supreme Guardian Council elections, you will be voting on only 7 positions rather than 8. This is due to no eligible required letters of intent being submitted for Vice Associate Supreme Guardian. These positions may be filled by the incoming Supreme Guardian with a qualified protem as she sees fit until the next election occurs.

For Board of Trustees selections you will be voting for three 4-year positions. This will be a ranked vote with the top 3 candidates receiving the most points awarded the 4-year Board of Trustees positions.

There are 18 Amendments and 7 portions of the Book of Ceremonies being voted on with this system this year, you will vote on each amendment individually and also have an option to abstain.

Thank you for taking the time to cast your vote electronically.
